More and more municipal companies are paying attention to their ecological footprint. One example of this is our elerra Crafter. The Erfurt municipal utility’s wastebasket collection vehicle is being converted by us into a 100 percent electrically powered vehicle. The vehicle and hydraulics will be electrically powered in future. 

This conversion not only saves the company a great deal of money, but also reduces the dust and noise pollution of visitors and residents in the city thanks to its virtually emission-free locomotion technology. In future, cleaning vehicles will be completely silent and clean.

With the selected vehicle configuration, a range of 150 km can be achieved.
