Subsidy programme of the Ministry of the Environment & presentation of the elerra Crafter
On May 29, 2019 we had high attendance from politics and economy.
At the presentation of our new elerra Crafter, which we are retrofitting for the Stadtwerke Gruppe Erfurt, not only entrepreneurs from similar branches of industry came to visit, but also representatives from radio, television and the press attended the event.
A special feature was that Ms. Anja Siegesmund, the environment ministers of Thuringia, presented the new support program of the Free State of Thuringia in our production hall at the same time.
At the presentation of the elerra Crafters, which has a special body and will empty Erfurt’s rubbish bins in the future, we showed not only the vehicle to all participants, but also how to deal with emobility.
The core topic was once again retrofit. As in our example, the Crafter is breathed new life into the expensive special body. Previously it had already completed over a quarter of a million kilometres with a combustion engine and is now driving purely electrically on the roads, including hydraulics. This not only provides a better eco-balance but also reduces costs.
This resulted in a joint exchange: Not only did we learn more about the needs of the tradesmen, but also the entrepreneurs learned more about the comprehensive application possibilities and the economic efficiency that an electrical conversion entails.
Representatives from radio and television meticulously reported on the vehicle and presentation of the support programme. Various articles can also be found in our website category Press.
